- Become a Certified Long-Term Care Ombudsman: As an Ombudsman volunteer, you serve as an advocate for residents in long-term care facilities across Alameda, Contra Costa, and Solano Counties. - Connect Through the Resident Enrichment Program: Through our Resident Engagement Project (REP) initiative, volunteers spend meaningful time directly with seniors.
