Julie Blaney comes to Empowered Aging with over 35 years as a Registered Nurse with a Master’s in Nursing Education. For a decade, Julie has been leading nursing assistant programs in Washington State, Oregon and for the past six years, in California. Her professional and personal vision for health care is to unite the care provider with the aging population in work opportunities and exceptional care.
